  1. Visit https://sgadf.com and click on the Academy/Institute Registration or Affiliation section.

  2. Fill in the required details, including:

    • Academy name and contact info

    • Sports disciplines offered

    • Names of head coach and management

    • Address and district/state of operation

  3. Upload the following documents:

    • Registration certificate or any government-recognized proof of operation

    • PAN card or institution’s official ID

    • Recent photographs of your premises or training facility (optional but helpful)

    • A letter on official letterhead requesting SGADF affiliation

  4. Pay the affiliation fee online (fee amount may vary depending on district, state, or national level registration).

  5. Once your application is submitted, SGADF’s regional committee verifies the information.
