Upload the following documents:
Recent passport-size photograph
Age proof (Birth Certificate, Aadhaar, or School Certificate)
ID proof (Aadhaar Card or School ID)
Optional: previous sports achievement certificates
Pay the registration fee online via the secure payment gateway.
After submission, the registration is reviewed by the SGADF verification team.
