To successfully register for SGADF membership—either as an individual or institution—you are required to submit a few basic but essential documents. These documents ensure proper identity verification, prevent duplication, and enable transparent record-keeping within SGADF’s nationwide and international database.
For individual registration (students, athletes, coaches, volunteers), the required documents include:
A valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or School ID).
Recent passport-size photograph.
Age proof (Birth Certificate, School Certificate, or Marksheet).
Sports participation proof (optional but beneficial for athlete registration).
Parent or guardian consent (for underage applicants).
For schools, colleges, State, District, National Secretary and sports academies, the required documents include:
Registration Certificate of the institution.
Principal/Head’s authorization letter on official letterhead.
List of nominated players (if applying for team events).
A valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or School ID).
Recent passport-size photograph.
Age proof (Birth Certificate, School Certificate, or Marksheet).
Sports participation proof (optional but beneficial for athlete registration).
PAN Card or institution identity (if applicable).
Payment receipt for affiliation fees.
All documents can be uploaded online through the SGADF registration portal. The registration team reviews submissions within a few working days, after which Unique IDs and affiliation certificates are generated. Document authenticity is critical, as it ensures proper eligibility for participation in SGADF’s events and certification programs.
